Customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the relevant purchase or subscription payment.
This refund period applies to purchases of CheckDNC credits, subscriptions, and other software-access packages sold through Paddle.
Payments for CheckDNC are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution.
Access to the credits, subscription, or services associated with a refunded purchase may end when the refund is issued.
This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law.
Where local law or Paddle’s Refund Policy provides the customer with greater rights, those greater rights will apply.

Our order process is conducted by our authorised online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases completed through Paddle and is responsible for processing payments, issuing applicable invoices, handling billing-related customer service, and administering refunds.
